Liverpool’s little guy, Adam Lewis, wins a date with Klopp and the first team. This will continue to help the first team and the club’s success!

Klopp and his ability to teach, coach and train a player, is outstanding. Klopp has made a name for himself when it comes to man-managing players. Hence the transparent understanding between him and FSG, owners of Liverpool.

Something no supporter can let rest is how Klopp took the Liverpool squad from playing average football to the best team to watch in 2016. I can almost confidently say, we are destined for greatness. Basically made an average squad reach two finals, without being in charge for a full season.

We always have new faces on the bench, or on the pitch almost every game, since the arrival of the German. The youngsters aren’t being shipped around as if they don’t cut the grade, before handed a shot at first team football.

They allowed the chance to prove themselves with Klopp. What they do with that opportunity, is up to them. Young Adam Lewis is the kid with luck on his side, this time around.

The Liverpool Echo keeping tabs on the training camp reports, the squad left for a few days ago and that young Adam Lewis was set to leave with the rest of the first team squad, who have not traveled with their national teams.

This must continue in the Liverpool academy:

This to me holds important value to the club. The club is nothing without the next generation. All young players want a chance, and Klopp hands it to them, time and time again.

We as supporters, were spoilt when players such as Jamie Carragher, Steven Gerrard, and even Sterling came through our ranks. After that, not many players were coming from the youth system. Which was sad.

It all changed in a click of a finger. The moment the managerial change occurred, Liverpool took a turn for the best. Watching the young-bloods come up and do a job, has a lasting effect and holds more promise for the future of the club.

We already don’t sign players with world-class status and massive price tags. So the only thing left to do is, coach and train a player to become world-class. Therefore, Klopp needs to continue this good trait of his, and work hard with what Liverpool’s youth system has to offer.
