Jordon Ibe: After Sterling’s departure, much of our width will come from this man. He started off FIFA 15 rated 67, which was a bit harsh. By the end he was 70, which was still a bit harsh. After an impressive season and a few good showings in pre-season, I’m hoping we’ll see him go above 75. But, to be honest, that seems unlikely. Instead he’s more likely to be just below that. If he has a good season, look for him to get an increase during the season.
Prediction: 73
Lazar Markovic: The Serb had a mixed season. Performances against Spurs and Sunderland were as encouraging as his performances against Arsenal and Aston Villa were disappointing. He was given a surprisingly high 78 last season, and he hasn’t really done much to suggest that he should be bumped up. He’ll be around the same, possibly going 1 either way. I’ll be negative on this one.
Prediction: 77
