ST Roberto Firmino
Firmino could find some joy against Arsenal finding pockets of space where a Lucas type of defensive midfielder would usually sit. But Arsenal don’t have that kind of guy fit, the only thing that they’re “holding” midfielders like to hold is the ball. They’ll go forward, they’ll be left at risk for Firmino to float into the space and pick up the ball.
Liverpool need a string of performances out of Firmino now more than ever with Coutinho hurt. His form has been disappointing, but perception can all change with one great game, as it did for a bit after his Manchester City masterpiece.
