Goalkeeper has long been a subject of transfer discussion with Mignolet’s unconvincing displays.
Earlier this season against Arsenal, however, Mignolet was very good. It was the peak of what he could be, because there weren’t many threatening crosses nor set plays.
Liverpool have brought a goalkeeper in this month. Danny Ward. A player they already owned, was recalled from loan. His loan club Aberdeen and their fans had nothing but great things to say about Ward. Is this in response to Adam Bogdan’s incompetence? Possibly.
