Sakho was slightly better than Toure, but he wasn’t very good, either.
In his first game back from injury, Sakho was a bit clunky and rusty. Especially his passing. He misplaced a great deal of attempted forward passes but thankfully Arsenal never made Liverpool pay for his mistakes.
Sakho battled hardly with Giroud, not backing down from the fight. Unfortunately Giroud still scored a brace, so the striker wins.
