Probably one of the most ludicrous transfer links this window. The 26 year old German midfielder, who plays for Real Madrid, is one of the most complete midfielders in the world. His expert passing and vision makes him a key asset in any side, and he looks at home in the Madrid outfit.
Not only would signing this player break the bank, he’d be unlikely to sacrifice Champions League football – something which Liverpool currently don’t have.
Although I’d love to see Jurgen Klopp add this German superstar to the side, I think this is clearly just another silly season fabrication.
