(CM) Joe Allen – 8

Joe Allen, better known as the Welsh Pirlo, has been impressing the fans tremendously recently. His solid performances and improved efforts going forward have been noticed, with the midfielder looking to be more involved in attacking plays and gaining the confidence to shoot more.

After bagging the equaliser against Arsenal, fans have been calling for Joe Allen to get game-time. With a rumoured return to Swansea, fans began to fear the worst, but after his creative performance tonight (and another goal!) fans are hoping the next 6 months see Joe Allen cement his place in the first team.

Hopefully his substitution means he should play again in the next game!
