Tim Peake became the first British astronaut to walk in space

Tim Peake became the first British astronaut to head to the International Space Station, launching on December 15th, he became the first Brit to walk in space on 21st December 2015, as he supported a walk by two of his American colleagues on the station. His mission will last a total of 171 days, making his due home in around June time.
