Jordan Ibe started the game looking to be the key player who could unlock the opposition, however was subbed off in the 59th minute. Ibe looked to better his markers, and used his acceleration to burst down the wing, even mixing up his style by remaining wide instead of his usual habit of cutting inside.
A lack of passing restricted Ibe, who failed to get involved in the sloppy play enough to remain on the pitch. Statistics say that Ibe only managed a total of 21 touches during his time on the pitch, which leaves more to be desired form the promising Englishman.
