Liverpool player ratings: 5-4 Norwich
By Ethan Lowe
Nathaniel Clyne – 5
This could get me some stick, with everybody being too amazed with Clyne’s consistency to notice any mistakes he makes. In the first half, Clyne moved forward too much, and because of this Mbokani was able to move into the gap Clyne had left. He also seemed hesitant going into tackles during the first half.
He pulled back his rating from a 4 to a 5 during the second half, and looked more comfortable in the game – especially as he motored down the wing to provide the assist for Henderson. Again though, in the last moments of the game he seemed to ignore Kolo Toure shouting him back into position as the full-back continued to creep forward.
