Timo Horn/FC Koln/22-years-old

Timo Horn has been paraded as a cheap(er) option for Liverpool to recruit from the Bundesliga this summer. Horn has been touted to be available, reportedly, for as little as just £6million.

It feels cautiously realistic that Mignolet could command £5million.

Maybe, hopefully, please?

If Liverpool could sell Mignolet for roughly the same amount as replacing him with Horn would be tremendous business.

Horn has faced a ton of shots this season at FC Koln but has reacted well. In 20 matches, he has five clean sheets and has 88 (!!) saves. Nearly doubling Mignolet’s save total in four less matches.

The keeper has been at Koln his entire career and has represented Germany across all of the youth international levels. He’s yet to get his first senior cap, though.
