Ilori appeared to get off the hook and luckily didn’t gift West Ham a penalty. He was better than I had expected, and managed to prove his usefulness in conditions that couldn’t really be any less comfortable. He held off the West Ham assault and threw in the occasional block, helping cover the goal and prevent further damage.
