Lucas Leiva – 6

Once again Lucas Leiva made an unusual appearance as a central defender, and actually did rather well. To cover a position you don’t really suit is hard, but the captain for this game managed to prove he is capable of doing exactly that. He lacks the strength, hight and pace to be a good quality centre-back, but despite that he did himself credit until the final tackle of the game. Could have stuck closer to Antonio, but at least he tried to get across to him.
