AMR Divock Origi

This is admittedly tough on James Milner, who’s played quite well in recent matches. The thought here is to opt for more firepower in the first leg to hopefully get a stranglehold on the tie. If this were the League Cup final, spoiler alert, I’d be choosing Milner. Probably will in the return leg of this fixture, too.

Origi scored against Aston Villa, a clinical finish after the defense left a gaping hole for him to pretty much run off the bench and on a breakaway, then Villa ‘keeper Mark Bunn lost his equilibrium displaying some highly questionable positioning. None of that is Origi’s fault. He scored despite how difficult or easy it was in front of him.
