Emre Can – 5.5

Emre Can just failed to get involved with the game. I spent the first thirty minutes barely noticing his presence, and was only made aware of it when he finally contributed a couple of tackles. There was a point during the first half when he just ran the ball into dangerous areas, and continued to press forward despite having no support and significant pressure on him. Can just failed to impact the game in a way that really mattered, and I feel like almost anyone could have done what he did in this match.
