Liverpool travel to play Manchester United in the second leg of the Europa League round of 16 carrying a 2-0 lead. Rush The Kop’s Liverpool predicted XI.

If it weren’t for David de Gea, this tie would probably have been put to bed at Anfield for all intents and purposes. Liverpool won 2-0, but that doesn’t even reflect Liverpool’s dominance on the day.

De Gea was responsible for a number of world class saves to give Manchester United hope and a chance going back to Old Trafford.

Make no mistake, this isn’t over. United aren’t in an optimal position, but it’s not done. If Liverpool arrive at Old Trafford and think there’s no work left to do, then they’ll be knocked out of the competition in horrific fashion, allowing United to undo a two goal deficit and leave the Reds with not much to play for than fulfilling their Premier League fixture duties for 2015-16.

Injury news: apparently Alberto Moreno has been ruled “doubtful” for the match, Martin Skrtel is definitely out but James Milner is in contention to start again.

What a tough decision Jurgen Klopp has with whether or not to reintegrate Milner, with so many players having performed exquisitely last time out.

Rush The Kop’s Liverpool predicted XI ahead. 4-2-3-1.
