ST Daniel Sturridge

The conformation that we want to see the same XI in the second leg as the first: unchanged.

Sturridge didn’t enjoy great success in the match against United but made his presence felt from the penalty spot, putting his effort into the corner past the arm of de Gea.

All Liverpool need, theoretically, is that one away goal at Old Trafford on Thursday. Sturridge is the man for the occasion.
