Philippe Coutinho – 8

Played excellent passes through to Lallana and Sturridge in the first half, after which he sparkled. He opened the scoring with a very good goal, and earned Liverpool their lead. He made another chance which Sakho failed to turn in, and finished the game with as many key passes as the other players on his team combined. He also used some brilliant skill to embarrass Spurs at times.
