Admittedly, this might be a stretch based on his form this season, but, Henderson’s industry is necessary in this fictional side, and he has the quality to match. Some fans will clamor for Emre Can if going this route, but captain Henderson pips his teammate.

Henderson started the season well in a game and a half before seeing his season derailed due to a heel injury that has plagued him since. He’s wanted to correct it with rehab and avoid surgery so not to put in jeopardy his place in the 2016 European Championships.
