James Milner – 8

Worked tireless as always and did a brilliant job in the side. Set up two goals in precise fashion, and really helped Liverpool run riot. Severely underrated by some fans, but you can’t fault the way he benefits the team. Looked like the right choice for captain, and lead by example to the likes of Stewart and Ojo.
