Adam Lallana – 6.5

Looked shortly after the initial Dortmund goal-spell had passed, but had a rather quiet game. Made most of the first half chances, but hilariously stumbled when trying to turn-and-shoot.

Joe Allen – 7.5

Should have started. Joe Allen injected energy into the game from his first beautiful dribbling run. Helped surge forward and pressure Dortmund, helping the comeback become a reality. He’s been outstanding recently, and he could have made this game so much different had he started instead of an attacking player such as Lallana or Firmino.
