Pedro Chirivella – 4.5
Just not good enough. Seemed to struggle adapting to a slippery pitch, and was caught out far too often. A very poor showing from the youngster, but hopefully he’ll learn some important lessons from this game.
Lucas Leiva – 5
Was brought on at half-time in an attempt to add experience and strengthen the midfield, yet didn’t really seem to do much. He helped Liverpool gain the odd involvement, but nowhere near enough.
