Coutinho was forced off in leg one after 45 minutes due to illness and was replaced by an extremely underwhelming Jordon Ibe. Liverpool lost a lot of verve and attacking quality when that swap was forced to be made, but then Coutinho allayed fears that he’d be unable to play in leg two by getting 45 minutes on the weekend against Swansea.

The Brazilian seems to be a big game player and he’ll need a performance against Villarreal.
