Philippe Coutinho – 7

Had several good moments with his quick feet, and got the passing going forward. In a team that didn’t come together to perform outstanding football, he was one of the more entertaining to see on the ball. Failed to really test the keeper, and occasionally wasn’t used as a passing option.

Roberto Firmino – 8

Came on to instantly add more quality to the game. Had a good influence immediately, linking with Benteke to get things going forward. He scored a somewhat sloppy goal, but you have to take shots in those positions and it paid off brilliantly.
