Christian Benteke – 8

Christian Benteke is a really confusing player. On one hand, his play for the goal and some of his chances today were brilliant, while at the same time he misses open headers in the final minutes of the match. Personally, I think he’s been so harshly criticised its unreal. Hasn’t had chance to find his feet, but has been nowhere near half the value we paid for him. Made some brilliant link-up play today and was at the centre of most good chances, yet failed to score 2-3 that looked certain for him.
