RB Jon Flanagan

Poor Nathaniel Clyne feels like he’s been overworked, like that dude at the office who you don’t really notice but he’s always there before you and always leaves after you, like he just never goes home.

Clyne could probably withstand 90 minutes against West Brom, but the point is that he doesn’t need to. He’s sharp enough, he doesn’t necessarily need his touch to be pristine he just needs his motor to be fresh.

With apologies to Connor, who has filled in admirably whenever (the few times that) Clyne would be out of the lineup, for whatever reason, usually just fixture clogging, this slot goes to Jon Flanagan first.
