Liverpool linked with keeper, fans only care that he’s handsome

Reports out of Germany say that Liverpool have agreed terms with Loris Karius, fans care nothing about his ability, just his good looks.
Who is Loris Karius you might ask? Well, he’s a goalkeeper who plies his trade for Mainz in the Bundesliga (related: shocking that Liverpool are linked with a Bundesliga player from a former Jurgen Klopp club).
Other facts about Karius? Well, he’s 22 yet he’s made 84 appearances for his club, something abnormal and impressive for a young keeper and OH YEAH no one cares about any of that, they care only of his physical appearance.
Fearing redunancy and following the crowd, yeah, just look at him. We’ve all agreed that Emre Can and Jordan Henderson form the easiest midfield pair to lay eyes on, and apparently Klopp wants to boost the overall physical allure of the entire squad.
Take the best examples from Twitter. I concur with them, mind. I don’t know a damn thing about him but I’ve seen the pictures and cannot help but quietly nod in agreement. Maybe throw in a thumbs up or two, who knows.

The news has been brought to light by German outlet Kicker, who are reporting not just interest, but that the deal is done.
Again, take of this what you will based on the natural connections of Klopp + Bundesliga + an ex-club. Remember when Liverpool “agreed a deal” with Timo Horn, too?
At any rate, the constant news that Liverpool are linked with goalkeepers can only be good news, because, you know, Simon Mignolet. At least if Karius isn’t very good, which, after you read 1,000 words on how beautiful he is, they get into why he actually makes sense in a footballing matter, but if he is inadequate, at least he’ll be charming.
Maybe this is why Adam Bogdan’s leash was so short.
