14. Joe Allen

Speaking of players who may have played their last game at Liverpool, Joe Allen’s beard makes an appearance on the rankings. The Welshman was very good in his opportunities this season though those have not been all so frequent, which is unfortunate.

Since Allen came to Liverpool from Swansea, he’s yet to actually settle. He’s been injured to often thus leaving him on the periphery when fit. He made more substitute entries in the league (11) than he did starts (8) which epitomizes his time at Liverpool. Same went for the Europa League, five starts to six entries off the bench.

With Rodgers back on the job at Celtic, Allen could have another suitor pursuing his contract that’s winding down, as well as the aforementioned Swansea City.
