Final 2015-16 Liverpool squad rankings

25. Simon Mignolet
With Loris Karius being signed, are the days of Mignolet at Liverpool finally over? Man, I hope so.
Mignolet can be laughably bad but at times he can be sneakily good. Unfortunately, he’s just not good enough, simple as. This season he’s had four errors that have led to goals, which is four more than Karius.
That doesn’t count the times that it’s more than arguable that he should have made a save, either, which happens frequently enough. That also doesn’t count the calamity he instills in his defense ahead of him, knowing that it doesn’t take many shots to equal a goal. There was this insane run until Spring time that just about every match, the first shot on target resulted in a goal.
Goodbye, Mignolet.
