23. Jon Flanagan

After being injured for nearly two seasons, Flanagan made his long awaited return to first team football at Liverpool to a huge ovation. Klopp oozed credit to Flanagan and handed him eight appearances in all competitions.

This season proved to be an elongated preseason for Flanagan, his body still wasn’t totally ready for all the games, and was limited. He wasn’t selected for the Europa League roster for that exact reason.

The 23 year old will be back at Liverpool next season and will look to be back to his 2013-14 form and it should be the first time his body allows him to do just that.
