10. Christian Benteke
If the Euros were last season, Benteke would be Belgium’s starting striker, a central figure to the team as well as an exciting player to watch.
But it’s not 2015. It’s actually 2016, Benteke isn’t the main man at Aston Villa anymore, he’s a peripheral figure at Liverpool now. And somewhere in that periphery, he’s busy missing one-on-one’s in a red Liverpool kit then swapping into the black Belgium strip to miss from four yards out like he did in their friendly against Finland.
Poor Benteke has been at odds with his confidence since Klopp took over at Liverpool and that form has carried into Belgium, where he’s on the outside looking in for playing time behind Divock Origi, Romelu Lukaku and Michy Batshuayi.
