Brad Smith

I’m a pretty big fan of Brad Smith’s willingness to attack and energy going forward, even if his lack of experience leads to the odd error. While I don’t exactly expect him to start much next season, with Jurgen Klopp looking for a left back to compete with Alberto Moreno, I’d love to see him get a run in pre-season.

I think he’d benefit from the experience, as well as generally being exciting to watch. He’s an experiment and a rotation for the earlier, less significant friendlies, but he’s almost 100% likely to be considerably better than the left backs in the youth teams.
