Joe Gomez

Joe Gomez is another player I love watching, who I think could turn out to be one gem of a signing. Brendan Rodgers trusted the youngster after signing him, and his performances at left-back certainly peaked my interest.

While I think we haven’t seen enough to be sure if he’d keep Moreno out of the team, I think the younger defender (centre back and full back), should be offered the chance to show why he can feature for us next season.

Bar his few performances at left-back, we haven’t seen enough to be sure if he’ll get much first team game time, and with our lack of fixtures next season we might see less of Gomez. This guy looks to have an awful lot of potential.
