Diego Cavalieri /// 10 appearances //// 2 starts vs. Macedonian powerhouse Rabotnicki

Cavalieri didn’t register one appearance in the Premier League with Liverpool. That was Reina’s domain and Cavalieri was never going to knock him off that pedestal.

The Brazilian was on the bench for 103 (!) matches in his two seasons at the club. He was between the pipes rather than the bench, on average, once every 11 games during his time at the club.

He left Liverpool on loan for Cesena, where he was sitting behind a 41 year old keeper. Cavalieri is currently back in Brazil, being paid by Fluminense nowadays.
