7. Julian Dicks /// 28 appearances /// 3 goals

The unfortunately named Dicks joined Liverpool from West Ham after a successful spell in London, being named the club’s player of the season twice. He didn’t get on at Liverpool quite as well as he did at West Ham.

Graeme Souness signed the player, it’d be his last purchase for Liverpool, then a bevy of rumored problems such as weight gained and a poor attitude kept him out of the side when Roy Evans took over that was followed with an acrimonious exit.

Dicks returned to West Ham where he picked up right where he left off, winning another pair of Hammer of the Year awards for the club.
