2. Roberto Firmino

Despite his best efforts of throwing us off his scent with that spoiled lettuce atop his head, Firmino is a top figure at Liverpool and has firmed that this preseason.

Remember that ESPN bloke that I riffed a bit about before, Ale Moreno? Yeah, let’s go again. His other take on Liverpool was asking the question if Firmino would actually be able to score goals if playing in the front part of Liverpool’s team, saying he wasn’t capable of doing so regularly.

Again. I’m unsure you’ve ever watched a Liverpool game, mate. According to WhoScored, Firmino started 10 matches in the league at striker. In those ten, he had six goals and five assists. So more than a goal or assist per game. Like, do some semblance of homework before commentating a game. It’s not that difficult.
