Left Back – James Milner

No Alberto Moreno, you can’t get a game. James Milner has been a revelation at left back. He’s brilliant creatively, crossing and playing long passes to forge chances for our attackers. The experience he has allows him to fend off opponents well, and he’s shocked us all with how solid he’s been.

If Clyne is injured, I think he’d be just as good (if not better) on the right. He prefers his right foot, after all. This would leave us relying on Moreno, who appears the best of a bad bunch.
