AMR Sadio Mane

Juan Mata is a difficult omission, but Mane has been far too good this season to be left out.

First on Mata, his season is all the more impressive based on the fact that most assumed Mourinho was going to sell him just as he did at Chelsea. Instead, Mata has thrived.

But Mane– he’s been incredible since the day he arrived at Melwood. Liverpool are undefeated in the games he’s played this season. Their one loss, when they were held to a shutout, Mane was out injured.

He’s scored three goals in six matches and delivered sterling play throughout.
