It was fun to watch Henderson play with Can behind him rather than being the anchor for Lallana and Wijnaldum.

Tonight was another iteration of Henderson’s maturation. He was a leader, strong and integral to a match like this. Liverpool truly have their successor to Steven Gerrard.

Henderson was strong on the night, a player Klopp can be proud of.
