CB Dejan Lovren: 7

There was this sequence in the first half where Lovren stepped into the final third to win a ball, connected a pass. I love that. He and Matip have done that expertly, knowing when to really take a risk and step high.

Lovren was absolutely robbed by Foster on a free kick that he flicked to the far post in the second half.

Ditto for Lovren on the ‘nothing he could’ve done to preserve the clean sheet’ front.
