Liverpool Predicted XI vs Sunderland, what changes will be made?

Just one point stands between Liverpool and the league leaders Chelsea – every game counts. With Sunderland in a poor 19th place with only 8 points from 12 games, surely the Red’s can bag a win?

We’ve now recognised that teams are stacking up against us. Poorer sides are focusing on parking the bus in order to counter our strengths. Hopefully, Jurgen Klopp can help the players adjust and beat this style of play.

Sunderland should be vulnerable, but their -9 goal difference is still better than the two teams above them ( Hull -17, West Ham -10).

With Adam Lallana set to miss another game, someone else will need to step up creatively. Southampton held us to a rather dull draw, and we can’t afford more dropped points.

Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal currently make up the top four with Liverpool. Tottenham are only 3 points behind in 5th. It’s far too early to get comfortable if we want a top four finish.

Here’s the team I feel should be played against Sunderland.
