Liverpool take on Bournemouth in this weekends Premier League fixture – which players will make the starting 11?

Liverpool currently sit in second place, just one point behind leaders Chelsea. Funnily enough, the Reds are tied on points with Manchester City (3rd) who face Chelsea this weekend. Therefore, a battle between first and third could see Liverpool make a jump on their opposition.

We’re yet to face City this season, which means that beating them can push us further ahead. Obviously, everything comes down to how we perform each week. If we go into the game against City behind by 5 points, its worse than going in tied trying to pull ahead.

One result can change our entire title fight – so we need to beat Bournemouth. Underestimating Premier League opponents would be silly, so we know they can threaten us.

Philippe Coutinho will be a big miss, and its almost certain that Daniel Sturridge won’t feature in this match either. Adam Lallana and Roberto Firmino are set to return however, with the latter most likely to start.

Bournemouth sit in 12th place, above the current champions Leicester, West Ham and Crystal Palace. I’m confident that Jurgen Klopp will deploy the same formation once again, and here’s the players I think will start.
