Substitution – Sadio Mane: 6.1

Happy to say the least, about the return of Liverpool’s biggest signing this season. Hard luck to him and the rest of Senegal for getting knocked out. Nearly having a hand in the winner, once being introduced. Mane emphasized what was to be a Liverpool player, wanting to play directly after a long flight from another continent.

Substitution – Divock Origi: No rating

With three minutes left to go in extra time, think it would be unfair to give the young Belgian a match rating. For this one I will leave Origi out.

Liverpool without a number 9, a target man, a bully in the box. Again shows just how much Liverpool haven’t replaced Luis Suarez and as much as I love Daniel Sturridge. He appears to be more of a liability than an asset. A point that has become a fact and not a statement, as much as we don’t want to hear it, the reality is evident!

One not to be forgotten soon, but a match needed to be put at the back of us, sooner rather than later. Hull City away the next test, full strength and God willing, full firing Liverpool!
