Lucas Leiva: 8.5

Lucas the veteran, friend and ex-teammate, Steven Gerrard would be proud of how Lucas came into the team after facing a long spell on the sideline and did it as if he never missed a match throughout the season. Contributing with an assist to the victory, the Brazilian scouser was the heartbeat of it all.
