Substitution – Joel Matip: 6.1 (Subbed on 65″)

Joel Matip’s one opportunity was sadly worth three points. The one shot the substitution recorded was off target and probably the last chance before the ref blew the final whistle. A set-piece should have been the gameplan. Matip had one job when being introduced. He and the back-line failed at their task.

Liverpool can either count their blessings or, beat themselves till they understand what a golden opportunity they missed out on last night.
