CM – Georginio Wijnaldum: 6.3

Does his error cancel out his Player of the Month award? Hell no! This was a team effort not to see a 2-1 lead out. All it took, was to keep them scoreless for about six more minutes. Wijnaldum had a showing of mixed feelings. Registered an error and an assist, respectively. You could literally see the player trying to take the game into his own hands. Working hard with 4 shots at goal and a bad conversion ratio, of only 1 being on target. 36 passes made (less than his usual outings) and an 86% pass rate completion. The central midfielder should just shake this one off and makeup over the weekend.
