Since the arrival of Klopp, there have been outstanding improvements throughout the club! From Anfield to Melwood, Klopp and FSG have been busy at Liverpool.

It all started with the redevelopment of Anfield before last season got underway. The Red’s increased their capacity to the Main Stand and was given a long overdue, upgrade.

Anfield was in need of a makeover and it was done in effortless fashion. The hype around the new Main Stand and Anfield 2.0 was hard to miss.

A few weeks into the 2016/2017 season and Liverpool’s first home game was against Leicester City. The ex-champs struggled to maintain their Premier League glory in miserable style.

Klopp and his men honoured Anfield with a hammering over the Foxes. Firmino was the man who put in an outstanding performance on the day.

Liverpool’s off-the-ball work continued throughout the campaign, they went on to announce their support of the manager’s vision. The manager wanted to incorporate, having one training facility for both, the first team and the academy players.

About three months ago, the club declared Kirkby to be the place for this newly found vision. It will become a state-of-the-art training venue and eventually, the Red’s first team will look back at Melwood, as a distant memory.

Two major factors, which in the future, could help ease transfers and convince bigger players to join the club.

What’s happening at the moment behind closed doors:

Besides the transfer news and rumours going around, Liverpool’s busy revamping the playing pitch.

The Manger, Klopp, felt the pitch was to blame for some of the bad play at home during the season. Close to the end of the campaign, it was the unsuccessful draw against the Saints that made the boss come out and make this public announcement.

It was necessary to follow this statement up because many could have taken it as a smokescreen for LFC’s lack of consistency. So having listed this as an issue, the manager was backed once again by the owners and made it a priority to go into the new season, with a perfect playing surface at Anfield.

Anfield continues to develop and soon enough it will become the fortress of victory again! This another lesson taught to the fans. The fans who continuously moan,”FSG out”.  Uttering things such as, they do not handle business correctly, or they have no clue when it comes to football, appears to be one hell of a delusion!

On the contrary, fellow LFC fans, FSG seem to know exactly what they are doing! Working not only on what’s going on, on the pitch but, what’s going on behind closed doors. From the first team to the academy, from the playing field to the dressing room, and from Anfield to Kirkby, they are making waves with their changes.

Clubs around us are no longer going to outclass us, which for them is the scary part. For us, all we need to do now is sit back and enjoy the ride! Instead of having the most to say and complain about the people taking the club forward.

FSG and Klopp have been working hard and deserve a huge round of applause for what they have done at the club.
