Marko Grujic

Marko Grujic arrived from Serbian side Red Star Belgrade for £6.5m and has yet to make his mark on the first team squad.

He’s played just seven minutes this year and it’s difficult to see how he is going to fit into the match day squad, especially after the arrival of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Oxlade-Chamberlain moved to Liverpool because he wants to play in the middle of the park – as per the Independent and with James Milner, Jordan Henderson, the Ox, Emre Can and Georginio Wijnaldum all ahead of him in the queue surely he has to go on loan.

The player himself wants to stay and fight for his place, said the Liverpool Echo. But being realistic, will he get the amount of football he needs to develop?
