Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold absolutely owned England U21 and Chelsea youngster Fikayo Tomori.

The pair were taking part in a drill for the national age-group side that was captured on video, much to the delight of Reds fans.

In it, Alexander-Arnold played with Tomori as he made him look a little bit silly during a defending and attacking scenario.

The 19-year-old, who was born in Canada but has represented the Three Lions at U19, U20 and U21 levels, currently plays for Hull City in the Championship.

Tomori has played four times this season for the Tigers and that builds on the 10 games he featured in for Brighton and Hove Albion last campaign.

He made his Chelsea debut during the last game of the 2015/2016 campaign and played 30 minutes at right-back in the 1-1 draw with Leicester City.

Meanwhile, Alexander-Arnold will be seen as the more senior of the pair due to his increased involvement with Liverpool this season.

The right-back has played 515 minutes across the Premier League and Champions League, but not without criticism.

After featuring for 90 minutes against Watford, Alexander-Arnold failed to get on the pitch for the next two fixtures against Crystal Palace and Arsenal.

He then played two in a row against Manchester City and Burnley, before being left out of the win at Leicester City and the draw up north in Newcastle.

But with the type of silky skills the 18-year-old displayed during his stint with the U21 side, it seems clear that he will get his chance this year, especially with the injury to Nathaniel Clyne and the indifferent form of Joe Gomez.
