9. He only played 56 minutes and managed to bag 2 goals and an assist. Maribor had absolutely nothing to keep up with his pace and movement. His first goal was a nice finish especially as he has not been taking those good chances recently. The second could have been Firmino’s hattrick but the Egyptian nipped in first,. Right Forward. ROBERTO FIRMINO. 9. Two goals from the Brazilian forward. What more do you want? He ended his goal drought within the first 4 minutes. Lasted 10 minutes more than Salah but was unable to pip him to a hattrick. When the front three flow, move and interchange as they did today it makes the recent calls for a ‘recognized striker’ to seem a bit premature.. Center Forward. Liverpool
10. Since his return to the side following the summer’s shenanigans he has been magnificent. Another stellar performance today with a goal and and two assists. His goal was a lovely finish to a beautiful flowing move. I hate Sting but: every little thing he does is magic.. Left Forward. Liverpool. PHILIPPE COUTINHO
